Want to return an item to us? No problem! Here's how it works:

1. Print return label: Once you've received the DHL return label from us via email, simply print it out.
2. Pack the goods securely: Please pack the items carefully in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box. Don’t forget to include the packing slip or a return summary so we can process your return quickly.
3. Attach the return label: Stick the printed label on the package where it can be easily seen. Be sure to remove any old labels or barcodes to avoid mix-ups.
4. Drop off a package: Take the package to a DHL branch, Packstation, or parcel shop of your choice. It will be shipped for you free of charge. You will receive a receipt as confirmation.
5. Track Return: Keep the receipt with the tracking number so you can easily track your return online.

As soon as we receive and inspect the package, we will refund the purchase amount to you.
