Shipping and Payment Information

A. Shipping Costs and Information

By default, we can only ship goods to the countries listed below. Shipments are made via DHL. Please refer to the overview below for the applicable shipping costs.

If you would like your order shipped to another country, please send us an email before placing your order (service@Hyporest.com) and please let us know the item, the quantity, and the shipping address, including the country and the corresponding ZIP code. We will then let you know as soon as possible whether we can ship to the desired country and, if delivery to the specified address is possible, provide you with the shipping costs, as we need to check the shipping options and costs with our shipping partner in advance.

I. Shipping within Germany

We charge a flat rate of €5.90 per order for shipping within Germany. For orders of two or more items per shipment, we offer free shipping within Germany.

II. Shipping outside Germany

We ship to the following countries:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus

Shipping costs to the European Union (all countries listed above except Switzerland) are a flat rate of 14.90 euros per order.

Shipping to Switzerland costs a flat rate of 23.95 euros per order.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (Switzerland), additional costs may apply in certain cases that are beyond our control and must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs associated with money transfers through financial institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g., customs duties). I. For shipments within Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

  6. Klarna (Instant Bank Transfer, Invoice, Installment Plan)

II. For shipments outside Germany

For international shipments, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

In addition, the following additional payment methods are available in certain countries:

III. Detailed information on the various payment options

  1. Credit card

Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Your credit card will be charged when the merchandise is shipped.

  1. PayPal

During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or sign up and log in using your credentials. The payment instruction is sent to PayPal after the order is confirmed.

  1. Apple Pay

Payment via your Apple Pay account. Your account will be charged when the merchandise is shipped.

  1. Google Pay

Payment via your Google Pay account. Your account will be charged when the merchandise is shipped.

  1. Shop Pay

Payment via your Shop-Pay account using your saved payment information. Your account will be charged when the merchandise is shipped.

  1. Klarna

Klarna offers various payment options, including instant bank transfer, purchase on account, and installment plans. The availability of individual options may vary depending on the country and Klarna’s credit check. You can find more information about the individual payment options during the checkout process. Klarna is not available in all countries where we ship (see Section B. II.).

  1. Maestro

Your account will be charged when the merchandise is shipped.

  1. UnionPay

Your account will be charged when the merchandise is shipped.

  1. EPS (Austria only)

Online bank transfer via your Austrian bank. The funds will be debited immediately.

  1. iDEAL (Netherlands only)

Online bank transfer via your Dutch bank. The funds will be debited immediately.

  1. Bancontact (Belgium and the Netherlands only)

Payment via your Bancontact card. The amount will be charged immediately.

There are no additional fees for using the payment methods listed.

Pickup is not possible for logistical reasons.


C. Information on Calculating Delivery Times

Unless a different delivery time is specified in the product description, the goods will be delivered within the delivery times listed below.

For payments made by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, EPS, iDEAL, Bancontact, Maestro, or Union Pay, the delivery period begins the day after the payment is processed.

Orders received on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Germany: 2–4 business days European Union (excluding Germany): 2–8 business days Switzerland: 2–8 business days

If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that includes a DHL tracking number, which you can use to check the current status of your delivery online at any time.
