Cancellations

Our products are available for one-time purchase as well as through subscriptions, prepaid subscriptions, or pre-orders. This policy explains how you can change or cancel your subscriptions, prepaid subscriptions, or pre-orders.

Subscriptions

When you sign up for a subscription, you’ll receive regular deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment information will be securely stored, and you’ll be charged for each delivery. Your subscription will remain active until you cancel it.

If you would like to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time before the next delivery date via your Hyporest-account. To do this, go to the "My Orders" or "My Subscriptions" section, find the subscription in question, and select the option to cancel it. There are no fees for canceling a subscription.

Your confirmation emails also include links to your order, which you can use to manage your subscription. For more information on returns and refunds, please see our Return Policy.

Prepaid plans

Prepaid subscriptions automatically expire at the end of the paid term. We will send you a reminder well in advance of the subscription’s expiration date so that you have the option to manually renew the subscription if you wish. There will be no automatic renewal or charge after the prepaid term expires, unless you actively choose to renew.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or will be available soon. In this case, we will save your payment method and charge it when the order is fulfilled. You can cancel a pre-order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can request a full or partial refund. For more information on returns and refunds, please see our Return Policy.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the first item.
